I don't remember exactly what it was that brought this line of thinking. I think it was Mike Myers's Austin Powers catch phrases, but it might have been his Wayne's World catch phrases. But anyway, it got me thinking, are there any pop culture characters/lines/bits that once they became viral (not that we called them that until about 10-15 years ago) drove you nuts?
As much as I liked SNL and Myers in general in the early '90s, I have to admit I was ready to punch anyone who said "schwing," for example. To this day, I hate it. Similarly, Michael Scott's "that's what she said" from The Office. (Coincidentally, before watching the America version of The Office, I was joking with friends who funny it would be to say the already long-since unfunny line "that's what she said" as if it were clever or funny. They thought I was copying Michael Scott. I swear I hadn't watched it yet! )
Anything along those lines ever drive you nuts? Are your references going to show how old I am by being less than a decade old? Let's hear it. What tired, tired lines make you want to punch your friends, family, or colleagues in the face?

Sorry, this isn't quite what you're looking for, but every time a character in a TV show or movie says, "men, women, children", I hate it that much more. I've heard it far too many times. It irks me.

Quick aside. "That's what she said" was a classic line before The Office (US), and it's still a classic line, over six years since the show went off the air.
Pre internet, Steve Urkel's "Did I do that?" got old really fast when I was in elementary school.
More modern. It was a hilarious sketch that's now 20 years old, but as a huge fan of Blue Oyster Cult, I find it a tad annoying that any reference to this great band is met with "MORE COWBELL!!!!"

Again, not quite what you're looking for, but how about this for an overused line:
Person 1: It's like finding a needle in a haystack.
Person 2: No, it's like finding a needle in a STACK OF NEEDLES.
I must have heard this at least a dozen times in movies and tv shows. It also must have found its way into everyday conversation.
