Why are so many Beach Boys live albums digital only, what albums are available on vinyl?

I think most of those digital-only albums were he ones released as part of the ongoing copyright extensions: they weren't released so much because anyone thought they were a good money-maker so much as they didn't want to lose copyrights. So basically anything with a year in the title (On Tour 1968; Live Sunshine 1967; Graduation Day 1966; Live in Chicago 1965) fits into that category.
As for vinyl specifically, I think you'd be able to find Beach Boys Concert (released in 1964); Live In London (released in 1970); and The Beach Boys In Concert (released in 1973) on vinyl.
Then there would probably be other live albums released in physical formats after vinyl went out of fashion, but before it came back into fashion. So my guesses are that you can only find CDs of things like Good Timin: Live at Knebworth; Songs From There and Back mostly live but three studio tracks); Live - the 50th Anniversary Tour.

I know the live in 1980 concert is on vinyl. Knebworth? Interesting and somewhat surprising, but there you go. I want to say that was released sometime around 2001, 2002, so that was definitely in a strange period in terms of vinyl. Maybe they put it out in that format later, once it came back into style. Or maybe it was there all along, I honestly don't know. (I am not a vinyl guy.)

I'm a vinyl guy, but starting to lose interest because of the excessively high prices. I didn't buy No Pier Pressure for that reason. TWGMTR cost me $17-$18 on vinyl back in 2012; new releases today are going for double that. The selling points (IMO) for vinyl were the sound, the artwork, packaging, and just the idea of having it in my collection next to my other Beach Boys/Dylan/Beatles/etc records. But when I can get the cd for $15 - or less - and the vinyl is going to cost me close to $40, it's not worth it.
