For me, Don't Fight the Sea is an all timer. It had the potential to be a charting song in any era it was released. It's such a shame that it was essentially relegated to Al's album (sorry Al). As I've mentioned before, I don't really consider the B sides, as who nobody has really cared about them since the 80s. I do have to take a point off for not using the full length version. 9/10

Time I crawled out of my shell. I have a soft spot for "Sea", as it reminds me of my late pen pal of eleven years' standing. She was a massive Al fan. Aside from that, I think it's a great song. My favourite moment? That swelling synth note! Like TCK I can't be doing with B-sides at this stage. They're a strange phenomenon in the digital age anyway. Ten.
