Nothing tops the one-two punch of The Joshua Tree's "Where The Streets Have No Name" and "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For".

"All The Love Of The Universe" ~ Santana:
Curiously, considering the question, it has this one ecstatic moment when time seems to stand still (here at 4:58).

Great song, and also a reminder that some things never change.

"Ships w/ Sails" by The Doors.
Many Doors' and Jim Morrison fans aren't even aware that The Doors continued after Jim passed away, and those who have probably haven't heard any of Other Voices and Full Circle, the two post-Morrison albums. I'm biased but I love those two albums. No, they don't belong in the same stratosphere as the Morrison-led Doors' albums, but I think you could take the best of Other Voices and Full Circle and come up with one weird, wild, very entertaining album.
"Ships w/ Sails" might be the best of the post-Jim songs. It is a great display of Ray, Robby, and John's talent and the musical chemistry the guys ALWAYS had. The tag is especially brilliant.

"My Body Is A Cage" ~ Arcade Fire. Just when you think they've pulled out all the stops, they pull out all the stops (at 2:10):

Day 23: A song by a band you wish were still together.

Things are as they are. So I'll bend the rules too. I'd like to have been at the Spanish Castle (between Tacoma and Seattle) in the early '60s to hear the Wailers in concert, preferably featuring Robin Roberts on vocals doing their seminal rocked-up version of "Louie Louie":
