Hey, kds, check this out:
That's stirred up a minor controversy here in Baltimore. But, then again, fans want anything to talk about right now. Can you imagine the attention it WOULD GET if the Ravens did sign Antonio Brown - and paired him with Lamar Jackson? It would literally be discussed EVERY DAY on the sports radio/TV talk shows for months and months and months!

Then, when (if) camp starts, we get yo hear about all his nonsense.

Off the top of my head, I think De'Andre Hopkins (WR) and Terrell Suggs (LB) are pretty big omissions.

I actually thought Calvin Johnson retired around 2013, but I'm wrong he played until 2015. So, I can't really take away any WRs.
But, for LB, I'd probably swap out Patrick Willis for Suggs.

I think the picks are pretty much spot on. The only one that I take some exception with is Marshawn Lynch. He didn't do too much past 2014, but I can't think of another RB off the top of my head who was better. IMO Zeke Elliott and Le'Veon Bell are better but they didn't have enough years in.

It's possible, but between the pounding backs take and just the general philosophy shift, I doubt it. You don't need a great quarterback to be in a pass-heavy spread kind of offense. Look at Jameis Winston's passing numbers. Or historically how many college QBs have been dominant "system quarterbacks," back before the NFL accepted run n shoot or spread, were just discounted immediately.

I don't think you're going to see a lot of RBs having long and storied careers anymore, but I'm still a firm believer of a balanced offensive attack.

Oh, I am PERSONALLY absolutely a fan of a strong running game and balanced attack. I just don't know that it's coming back soon.

Even if not for COVID19, I don't see how it would've lasted too long.

Even if not for COVID19, I don't see how it would've lasted too long. Agreed. I think COVID19 just gave an excuse for the inevitable. My experience--admittedly anecdotal--was that nobody cared about it.
