I wonder where Eddie was when this picture was taken. Let's see...1987? Probably in the bathroom.
Here's a recent Eddie Trunk interview:

Most likely. Back to the birthday boy, he's often overshadowed by his brother, but Alex is a very good drummer.

Happy 69th Birthday to Bernie Taupin, the co-author of "What I Really Want For Christmas". I'm going to give it a spin today! I thought Bernie was older than 69...

There's a festival to celebrate going on right now in Duluth. But seeing as how Duluth had more than 13" of snow this month (yes, May), I don't necessarily recommend attending...

Happy 71st Birthday Birthday to Stevie Nicks!
I watched her performance at the RNRHOF induction (even though I honestly don't think her solo career warrants an induction). Looks and sounds great for 71.

Happy 74th Birthday to John Fogerty!
If not for Brian Wilson, John Fogerty would get my vote for the greatest songwriter ever to come out of the US.

Happy 74th Birthday to John Fogerty!
If not for Brian Wilson, John Fogerty would get my vote for the greatest songwriter ever to come out of the US. For several years, I only owned Creedence Clearwater Revival - Chronicle, which of course is essential; it has all of the hits. Recently I got Chronicle - Vol. 2 and was blown away. It made me appreciate CCR/Fogerty so much more. I wonder how many fans - like me - just know/knew CCR by the radio hits and didn't explore the catalogue more. Great, great stuff.

I actually only in the last five years went into their catalog. I got both Chronicle comps when I was in my late teens / early 20s (a little hazy on the exact year). But, wow, Cosmo's Factory, Willie and the Poor Boys (which has a version of Cotton Fields far superior to any BB attempts), Bayou Country, and Pendulum are stellar albums.
