Oh, and I look forward to all the band and fan politics to end now. No need to dig into all that behind the scenes stuff. Blaming Brian or Mike or bringing their wives into it. It's all over. I'm glad. Azoff is the new boogeyman, but who cares about him?

Mike's and Bruce's heads seem oddly photoshopped onto their bodies. Especially Bruce's.

There was a time, for several decades actually, where I could identify/name every member of the touring band in any BB/solo configuration. Sadly (I'm slipping), there are a couple of people in that picture who I cannot name.

Seems this is our first actual confirmation of the Feel Flows boxset.

I wonder if the tour is named for a certain fabled boxed set.

Didn't Wilson call his Friends/Surf's Up tour Feel Flows, too? Or did I make that up? I might've made it up. I'm inventive.

Also, one would think that Feel Flows would be played on this Feel Flows tour. Have Mike and Bruce ever played it? I'm trying to imagine who would do the lead vocal.

I'm trying to imagine who would do the lead vocal. That's a great question. It isn't in a stratospheric range, so they have some options. I'd say it is out of Mike's range in spots and it's definitely not his kind of lyric. For some reason it also doesn't strike me as especially Bruce-ish.
I'd guess it will go to Totten, Cowsill, or Ike, if they do it (which, as you said, you'd think they would if they're going to name the tour after it). EDIT - if Christian is along, he would be maybe the most natural choice. He can sound a lot like Carl.

I'm leaning towards a Cowsill vocal (thinking about Wild Honey). Foskett probably would have done it if he was able to tour.

I doubt that The Beach Boys performed "Feel Flows" since the 1970's. My first thought would be Christian Love on lead vocals. Am I noticing that, since Jeff Foskett's departure with health issues, Christian Love is starting to have a more prominent role? He's very visible and audible in the California Music video, and when I look at that new Feel Flows Tour photo, Christian is right in the middle - between Mike and Bruce - placed taller than the rest, and wearing a striped shirt. It wasn't too long ago he left the touring band to, I believe, play volleyball or something. If the band features a lot of material from 1970/71/72 on this upcoming Feel Flows tour, Christian might naturally get more (of Carl's) lead vocals.

Dude, I was quickly scrolling through the recent posts, while at work, and saw “get your tickets!” and the Beach Boys logo and “Feel Flows” and “World Tour” and a picture of Mike and Bruce and..........damn.

I'd think Christian would be a good fit for FF also. When I saw Mike and Bruce on their 2018 Christmas Tour, Christian was in the band, and it was the first time I'd seen them do God Only Knows with live vocals (Christian's) instead of the Knebworth clip of Carl.
